The rental includes:

  • Full cleaning of the house after your stay
  • Fresh bed linens and towels for all guests (hand, shower, and bath towels)
  • Consumption of electricity and water


Rental period:

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out before 11:00 AM


The rental week is flexible regarding the start day.

Prices from April 1st to September 30th:

  • One week: Euro 1.200
  • Two weeks: Euro 2.100
  • Three weeks: Euro 3.000


Prices from October 1st to March 31st:

  • One week: Euro 1.000
  • Two weeks: Euro 1.800
  • Three weeks: Euro 2.500


Longer stays by arrangement.


Miscellaneous:

The house is rented out to a maximum of 4 people and is primarily rented for full weeks.
